- Establish own clear and achievable WPS sales targets as well as for the team based on market research and company objectives.
- Monitor progress against these targets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to reach new customers and retain existing ones.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team of 12 representatives, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, providing regular performance feedback and conducting quarterly reviews.
- Forecast future sales volumes and market trends accurately to inform business planning and resource allocation.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and pricing structures, resulting in accelerated market entry and profitability.
- Identify and capitalize on new profit avenues, exceeding sales targets through strategic acquisitions and contract negotiations.
- Champion brand strategy and market positioning, achieving significant market share growth and sustainable business impact.
- Optimize cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, accounting, and finance teams to ensure delivery of comprehensive service solutions.
- Administer budget allocation within the department, ensuring strategic investment and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Establish a culture of excellence and accountability by setting challenging goals, providing regular performance feedback, and fostering a supportive and efficient work environment through effective leadership and regular team engagements
