- Build and own a regional enterprise pipeline across the Middle East through inbound and outbound strategies.
- Run the full sales cycle: qualification → discovery → demo → negotiation → close.
- Diagnose customer sustainability, emissions, and compliance challenges and position GREENIPATH as a strategic ESG platform.
- Lead senior‑level commercial conversations with CFOs, sustainability leaders, and compliance executives.
- Present complex ESG, GHG, and regulatory topics in a clear, commercially relevant way.
- Design implementable data‑collection and reporting workflows during the sales process.
- Drive account expansion by identifying additional users, reporting scopes, and climate‑service opportunities.
- Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline management within Odoo CRM.
- Deliver against defined annual recurring revenue targets.
- Track regulatory developments and regional climate policy trends to inform product and commercial strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximize long‑term customer value.
- 3+ years of B2B sales, account management in SaaS selling.
- Proven success managing complex, full‑cycle enterprise sales.
- Experience selling workflow‑driven, compliance, audit, ERP, risk, EHS, or reporting software is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with sales frameworks such as BANT, MEDDICC, or similar.
- Ability to deliver compelling product demos and explain complex topics simply.
- Strong understanding of sustainability, ESG, and carbon accounting concepts — or the ability to ramp up quickly.
- CRM experience (preferably Odoo).
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Executive presence and confidence engaging C‑level stakeholders.
- Highly structured, commercially driven, and consultative in approach.

About the Role
The Middle East is entering a new era where climate reporting, Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions, and carbon regulation are becoming structural requirements for large enterprises. As Client Solutions Lead (Middle East), you will take ownership of building and monetizing this fast-growing market for GREENIPATH's GHG accounting and ESG reporting platform.
This is a senior, consultative enterprise SaaS sales role focused on large customers across energy, aviation, real estate, logistics, manufacturing, and financial services.
You will be selling workflow-driven, compliance-focused software that becomes the operational backbone of customers' climate reporting and decarbonization programs.
This is not transactional sales.
It is high-value, multi-year enterprise solution selling in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
