    Description

    Roles &responsibilities

    • Translateconcepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes thatlead to intuitive user experiences.
    • Facilitatethe product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching,prototyping and user-testing experiences for digitalproducts.
    • Design and deliver wireframes, userstories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range ofdevices and interfaces.
    • Identify designproblems and devise elegant solutions as per new trends tocontinuously improve the user experience.
    • Makestrategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, andnew, functions and features.
    • Take auser-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate yourdesigns.
    • Engage in product brainstormingsessions to provide design input from customer point ofview.
    • Collaborate with other team members andstakeholders to regularly deliver design solutions as pertimelines.

    PreferredQualifications

    • At least 5 years of UI/UX designexperience. Preference will be given to candidates who haveexperience designing complex solutions for customer facing techfirst app based companies.
    • Experience indesigning highly interactive mobile applications &responsive design.
    • Proficient in the requiredtools of trade like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshopetc.
    • Have contributed in the launch andcomplete lifecycle of high scale products. Have knack of userexperience and journey.
    • Ability to multitask ina highly energetic, fast paced environment. Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
    • Accountability andOwnership: Self-driven individual who can build and maintain highscale projects end to end.
    • Skills inIllustrations and Animations would be an addedadvantage.
