• SchedulesExecutive Business Reviews (EBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews(QBR)
  
• Ensuresappropriate attendees are well prepared for meeting, understandingdata andissues
  
• Setsmeeting objectives, develops agendas and tools to accomplishobjective
  
• Preparesinternal teams formeeting
  
• Alignstopics and presentations with customer prior tomeeting
  
• Providestimely notification to GMs and global program managers of criticalproblems encountered, action taken, and anticipated effect onprojectobjectives
  
• Accountablefor driving objectives related to continuousimprovements
  
• Accountableto ensure the build and delivery schedules by working with thecustomer, internal supply chain, andoperations
  
• Workswith SCA to ensure resolution of excess and obsolete inventoryissues
  
• Ensuresthe recovery for costs related to ECO activity, Non-RecurringExpenses (NRE) and othermiscellaneous
  
• Meetsand manages customer demand in accordance with contract, siteinventory objectives, equipment and personnelcapacity
  
• Ensurescustomer demand (PO and Forecast) is managed and well understood byCFTmembers
  
• Communicatesupdated data to close gap between customer request and the client scommitment (manageexpectations)
  
• Tracks,trends and reports On-Time Delivery to customer request and theclient scommitment
  
• Monitorscustomer revenue plan through demand
  
• Understandscontractual obligations of the contract relatedto:
  
• Flexibilityallowances and manages requests for pull-ins and push-outs orcancellations
  
• Paymentterms andinvoicing
  
• Anypotential penalties fromcustomer
  
• Costreduction obligations/targets and communicates toorganization
  
• Excessand obsolete terms, recovery and escalation path asrequired

• Ensuresaccuracy of quotations to protect grossmargin
  
• Validatesthe establishment of quotes to actuals costscomparisons
  
• Coordinateswith procurement organization to develop supply chain strategywhich aligns with customer contract and sitegoals
  
• Identifiesrisk of inventory exposure, coordinates reserve with sitecontroller
  
• Managesinventory days ofsales
  
• Establishstandard cost for parts based on customer s influence, material,labor standard changes or inventorydays
  
• EnsuresPositive Price Variances alignment to site goals at the point ofsale
  
• ReviewsSupply Chain data related to component lead-time, MOQ, and impactsto total inventoryexposure
  
• Responsibleto determine if customer will be responsible for negative PPV andor associated procurement costs and if so, collect money fromcustomer
  
• Developsan understanding of DFX philosophy including Design formanufacturing, Design for Test, and Design for BOM or Cost andpromotes with the customer and coordinates with the appropriateclientfunction
  
• Accountablefor and ensures receipt and distribution of customer documentationpackages
  
• Coordinatescollection and distribution of customer qualitydata
  
• EnsuresECO process and impacts are captured and reported tocustomer
  
• Monitorscustomer DPPM, DPU, or DPMO with customer focus team to ensurequality measurements are within contract and customer requiredlimits
  
• Monitorscustomer escapes events and leads customer focus team to root causeand corrective action driving closer ofissues
  
• Monitorscustomer COPQ and works with CFT toreduce
  
• Participatesin MRB activities to drive rapid resolution ofissues
  
• Embraceschange and adapts quickly to a new way ofworking
  
• Activelyuses analytical skills to solve problems by gathering data,analyzing it and drawing concisesolutions

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering discipline orBusiness
  
• Solidunderstanding of DTX philosophy including Design for manufacturing,Design for Test, and Design for BOM orCost
