    Account Manager, are you there?

    Hey there We're looking for an Account Manager tojoin our amazing client's team. In this role,you'll be responsible for the growth and development ofexisting key client relationships, delivering the agreed strategyrequired to meet clearly defined KPI's andobjectives.

    In your day-to-day, youwill

    • Establishing, maintaining, andgrowing key paid media client relationships
    • Working knowledge of Paid Search (priority) and PaidSocial campaign tactics and builds to direct client conversationsand KPIs, working with Paid Media team
    • Assisting clients in establishing their strategy andwhere the agency can support
    • Identifyupselling/ Cross selling opportunities within theclients
    • Defining the objectives for eachclient, ensuring synchronise with their client'sobjectives
    • Ensuring client in monthperformance KPI's are met while working towards thelongterm goals
    • Managing monthly budgets andupcoming forecasts, including month end financereporting
    • Working alongside the paid mediateam to ensure social and search campaigns are built and optimisedon an ongoing basis with clients KPI in mind
    • Weekly calls/meetings and daily ad hoc tasks with SeniorClients
    • Monthly / quarterly strategy meetings– delivered with the Paid Media Leads
    • Basic Data analysis to discuss onwardperformance
    • Briefing in tech and creativeagencies

    Skills youhave

    • Advanced level ofEnglish
    • 4+ years of experience working with adigital marketing / digital account management role
    • Experience working across multiple accounts with varyingbudgets
    • Knowledge of growing start-ups andSME clients would be ideal
    • Experiencediscussing paid media budgets and optimisation tactics
    • Experience of growing full funnel paid mediacampaigns
    • Google Ad's SearchCertification
    • Possess a strong andprofessional communication (both verbal and written) and an abilityto exchange information with others clearly andconcisely
    • Knowledge across Google, Bing,Pinterest , Facebook Ads and Display advertising
    • Able to manage multiple accounts with strictdeadlines
    • Deliver excellent service and adviceto our clients
    • Proficient in Microsoft with aparticular focus on Excel
