We are
Urbi and we create a ready-to-use digital platform with geospatial data, map visualisation and analysis tools, transport routing, and geo-coding algorithms.
We have a big international team which innovates, creates, and brings niche products to solve any business challenges related to mapping, location data, navigation, and spatial analysis to the MENA region.
We are now looking for a
call center agent to join our Production team.
What you are going to do:
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner;
- Verify company cards information according to 2GIS check list;
- Follow communication "scripts";
- Enter new customer information into system;
- Provide customers with 2GIS product and service information if required;
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets;
- Follow instructions of Call Center Supervisor;
- Relevant experience of a call center agent;
- Proficiency in English
- Readiness to work in a high pace environment.

- Office location: Business Bay, Dubai
- Work type: fulltime (Mon-Fri, 8.00 a.m.5 p.m.)

Pay:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
- call center agent: 1 year (preferred)
