Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients as they arrive at the workplace.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls to the proper departments and staff members.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide information to visitors and clients in a professional and polite manner.
  • Oversee the reception area, including keeping it clean and orderly.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of office events and meetings.
  • Take care of and distribute incoming and departing mail and packages
:


  • Maintain office security by adhering to safety rules and restricting access through the reception desk.

Requirements:


  • At least two years of experience as a receptionist or customer service representative in a similar joB.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and prioritize activities appropriately.
  • Extensive attention to detail and correctness.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- receptionist: 2 years (required)

  • Arabic,English,Hindi (required)
