Receptionist - Sharjah, United Arab Emirates - Johnson Lubricants
Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients as they arrive at the workplace.
- Answer and transfer phone calls to the proper departments and staff members.
- Respond to enquiries and provide information to visitors and clients in a professional and polite manner.
- Oversee the reception area, including keeping it clean and orderly.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of office events and meetings.
- Take care of and distribute incoming and departing mail and packages
- Maintain office security by adhering to safety rules and restricting access through the reception desk.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as a receptionist or customer service representative in a similar joB.
- Written and spoken fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritize activities appropriately.
- Extensive attention to detail and correctness.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office and other office software.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- receptionist: 2 years (required)
Language:
- Arabic,English,Hindi (required)
