    JobDescription:

    We are seeking ahighly skilled and imaginative Creative Packaging Designer to joinour dynamic team. As a Creative Packaging Designer you will beresponsible for conceptualising and creating innovative packagingdesigns for boxes and gift sets. The ideal candidate should possessa keen eye for aesthetics a deep understanding of design principlesand proficiency in graphic design software such as PhotoshopIllustrator and 3D designtools.

    Responsibilities:

    Conceptualizationand Ideation:

    1)Brainstorm and generate creative packaging ideas forboxes and gift sets that align with thebrand identity and targetaudience.

    2)Collaborate with crossfunctional teams tounderstand product specifications andrequirements.

    DesignDevelopment:

    1)Utilise graphic design softwareincluding Photoshop and Illustrator to create visually stunningpackaging designs.

    2)Incorporate cuttingedge design techniquesand stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovative andcompetitive packagingsolutions.

    3)Develop 3D designs to provide a realisticrepresentation of the finalproduct.

    Prototypingand Testing:

    1)Create prototypes and mockups forpackaging designs to evaluate functionality aesthetics and userexperience.

    2)Conduct testing and gather feedback frommanagement to make necessary adjustments andimprovements.

    CollaborationandCommunication:

    1)Work closely with marketing teamsproduct managers and other stakeholders to align packaging designswith marketing strategies and productpositioning.

    2)Effectively communicate design conceptsand ideas through presentations and visualmaterials.

    ProjectManagement:

    1)Manage multiple design projectssimultaneously ensuring timely delivery and meeting projectmilestones.

    2)Collaborate with production teams toensure the practicality and feasibility of designconcepts.

    Qualifications:

    1)A bachelors degree in Graphic Design Industrial Designor a diploma in relatedfields.

    2)12 years experience as a Designer with aportfolio showcasing creative designing and plus points if itshowcases creative packaging designsolutions.

    3)Proficiency in graphic design softwaresuch as Photoshop Illustrator and 3D designtools.

    4)Strong understanding of design principlescolour theory andtypography.

    5)Good communication and presentationskills.

    6)Ability to work collaboratively in afastpaced dynamicenvironment.

    7)Detailoriented with a commitment todelivering highqualitydesigns.
