YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible forensuring the reliability of the groups accounts and assisting inthe structuring of the financial and taxissues.

You will report directly tothe Head of Finance.

You wont be the person from the accounting department whospends her days recording invoices & highlighting her bankreconciliation We promise you

1 Master our accountingflows through an international context

• Revenues With us there is no manualinvoice entry. Everything is automated: Our mission is to carry outreconciliations to ensure that the completeness of the revenues isbooked.
• Expenses Again wewant 100% of invoices to be fully automated. Were working on ityoull be helping to ensure that we have all the supportingdocuments for each expense.
• Overdue Manage our actions in collaborationwith the Customer Success team.

2 Manage taxesfrom a multicompany perspective

• Tax returns Performing calculations &filings each month
• Studies& analysis in the context of our internationalissues

3 Guaranteereliable data for high quality analysis

• Ensure consistency between ourdifferent databases
• Creating great visual reports to monitor ourKPIs

4.Be a key player in the implementation ofcontrolling

• Implementation of a analytical accounting systemthat will allow us to make extremely valuable analyses forthe product team
• Study of the profitability of someproducts
• Participation inthe creation of forecasts & reforecastsin collaboration with the teams

5.Actor in variousstructuring projects

• Migration to a new ERP

• Higher education in the accountingfield
• First experience in accounting (Real if startupenvironment)
• Comfortable with Excel / GoogleSheet
