Description

Manage the works at site, includes controlling and supervising the employees and subcontractors.

Resolving any technical issues, serving as the primary technical advisor for workers and subcontractors at site.

Works with and alongside architects, engineers as a member of the site management team. Security on the property, health and safety, and the management of both human and material resources.

Planning the work and organizing the facilities efficiently in order to meet the project deadlines along with quality control and health and safety issues at the job site.

Ensuring all the tools and work are used in accordance with the instructions and controlling the material selection and requisition process.

Coordinating with the consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and other project team members and preparing reports as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of Experience in the construction / Fit Out industry.

Valid UAE Driving Licence.

Knowledge in handling the project, ability maintain good relation with the clients, sub contractors and employees

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
