    As a ProcessEngineer in the Mechelen Distribution Center, you will eliminateprocess losses in several areas in our distribution center inMechelen. Mechelen DC is part of the Mechelen Cluster, containing 3DC's (One P&G owned, two 3PLowned).

    Our mission is to load and unload alltrucks on time in the most cost-efficient way with safety andquality as our first priorities.

    Next to that,you will be responsible for the daily perfect execution anddelivery of our orders. You will build strong and sustainablerelationships you will leverage to accelerate our business throughregular results reviews and action planning. You will be proposingand leading improvement projects on your job scope in closecollaboration with internal stakeholders and your externalpartners.

    You will be part of an integratedmultifunctional team in which trust, team spirit, accountabilityand initiative are very important.

    Yourmanager will be coaching you on your business challenges as well ashelp you to progress on your personaldevelopment.

    We are lookingfor a passionate Supply Chain manager, fresh from university or upto a maximum 4 years of experience.

    • Solution oriented, customer mindedand collaborative
    • Interested in automation(ASRS warehouse, conveying systems, auto-loading equipment) andcivil engineering work
    • Fast learner of newsystems and keen to explore new systemfunctionalities.
    • Passion for continuousimprovement
    • Accountable, punctual andproactive.
    • Fluency in English and excellentcommunication skills are amust.
