You will provide guidance and expertise to clients and the internal project team.

You will consult and collaborate with clients to design workflows and facilitate the analysis of the current state, future state, and gap analysis.


As part of the engagement management team, you will be responsible for project deliverables and meeting timelines to deliver value to the client as committed.

You will lead client meetings and facilitate discussions around the adoption of technology and cultivate client relationships to achieve business outcomes.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Studies, Health Care, Nursing, or related field, or 4 years equivalent relevant work experience
  • 6 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:
  • At least 3 years of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
  • Registered Nurse

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting work experience
  • At least 4 years of licensed clinical or healthcare work experience
  • At least 4 years of people management work experience
  • Cerner Millennium experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Post Graduate qualification in Health Care Informatics, Health Care Administration, or Organisational Change Management

Detailed Description and Job Requirements


An experienced professional who is a domain and process expert with a deep understanding of research, clinical practices and solutions.

Partner with Oracle client Clinical leadership to form longitudinal relationships and holistically impact client performance and satisfaction through optimization activities and strategic initiatives during client project engagements.

Collaborate with development teams to design and position innovative solutions in the marketplace. Leads solution design for existing and prospective external customer engagements. Identifies areas for new solution offerings.

Analyzes external customer needs and exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex solutions to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product/process knowledge.

Influences external customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of deals. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated solutions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. May perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 8 year related work experience


Minimum Qualifications:

At least 10+ years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience Degree in respective clinical expertise (Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Studies, Informatics, Health Care or related field Certification required based on area of focus: Registered Nurse - State Board, Nursing Informatics Nursing Certification - American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC), Licensed Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O)-State Board.

Licensed Medical Doctor - State Board, Pharmacist - State Board, Certified Exercise Physiologist - State Board, Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist - State Board Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scop
