Description

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UC&CEngineer with expertise in Teams, Phones, and devices (MTR, Poly,Neat, Creston, Logitech, etc.).
• Solidunderstanding of Unified Communications, Networks, andTeams.
• Demonstrated ability to convert customerproblem statements into effective ITsolutions.
• Experience in developing automationsolutions using Azure Functions and PowerShellscripting.
• Hands-on experience in implementingcall routes and voice plans for Teamsvoice.
• Familiarity with MTR technologies suchas Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, and their integrationprocesses.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
• Relevant certifications inUnified Communications or related fields are aplus.
• To independently resolve tickets andensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met forthe team.
• To provide support for on-callescalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problemmanagement.
• Work on value adding activitiessuch Knowledge base update and management, Training s, coachinganalysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiringdrives.
