We are currently looking for a talented professional Invoicing Cleark to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary

Perform various activities to support a company's accounting department and billing processes.

  • Issue invoices and credit memos.
  • Update customer records, and send out monthly billing statements.
  • Ensuring all invoices have been processed by month end.
  • Handle payment queries and offer customer satisfaction.
  • File contracts and archiving data.
  • Track expenses, ensuring that bills are generated promptly.
  • Manage financial data to discover outstanding invoices.
  • Collect and sort all invoices, credit, bills, and order statements.
  • Enter all relevant data into accounting software.
  • Draft invoice statements for customers and vendors.
  • Process payment through various channels.
  • Issue reminder and final notice statements to dilatory and delinquent.
  • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
