Chalhoub Group is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic trainee to join our Corporate Innovation team for a 6 months period, focusing on the growth of SOL3MATES and new streetwear brands through direct-to-consumer channels. This role is ideal for those based in the UAE and eager to dive into the world of growth marketing and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in growth marketing initiatives for SOL3MATES and its DTC brands (paid and organic social, email, community building, event organization,...).
• Support growth marketing efforts for Roblox brands.
• Contribute to the launch of Corporate Innovation projects.
• Collaborate in testing and marketing new business models for the Group following lean startup methodologies.

Your Profile:

• A budding digital marketer with a keen interest in developing a wide range of skills and a particular focus on organic and paid growth of DTC brands.
• A proactive learner with an analytical mindset who is excited about executing guerilla marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions.
• Ready to be hands-on with campaign execution, learning to manage without the reliance on external agencies.
• No formal degree required, but a strong interest and some exposure to DTC brand growth strategies are desirable.
• Ambitious and self-motivated, willing to apply your skills to new and existing brands within the Chalhoub Group.
• You should be recognized for your strong work ethic and positive attitude by your peers.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

• An understanding of Digital Marketing principles.
• Basic knowledge of Customer Acquisition techniques.
• Interest in Retention and Customer Loyalty strategies.
• A desire to learn Data Analysis and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Previous experience or strong interest in DTC E-commerce.
• Enthusiasm for Testing and Experimentation in marketing.

Personality:

• An affinity for streetwear, emerging platforms like Roblox and web3 is required
• Previous exposure to no-code/low-code development solutions, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
• A willingness to work hard and learn.
