    Act as a liaison between programor Customer administration, state agencies, and otherstakeholders.

    Provide routine policyinterpretation and related decisions tostakeholders.

    Research and prepare variousreports for manager.

    Prepare and processescorrespondence and verbally communicates with the public or otheragency representatives. Directs incoming correspondence to theappropriate individual.

    Reviews and inspectsincoming documents for accuracy, completeness, and to ensurecompliance with applicable federal, state, and local rules andregulations.

    Provides technical guidance andcomposes manuals for agencypersonnel.

    Coordinates clerical andadministrativefunctions.


    RequiredSkills
    High School Diploma orequivalent.

    3 years full time experienceperforming administrative support, bookkeeping, office management,or related experience.

    General knowledge ofoffice administrative functions, theories, andprinciples.

    Working knowledge of researchtechniques and report composition.

    Workingknowledge of functions of other departments and agencies and theirimpact on the Customer.

    Effective written andverbal communication skills.

    Attention todetail and proofreading skills.

    Organizationalskills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively andmultitask

    Ability to use Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook)

    Ability to analyze procedures andpolicies and writes procedural manuals to recommendimprovements.

    Ability to coordinate the workof the RRT and Produce Safety Teams.

    Abilityto maintain cooperative work relationships.
