    Our client is seekingCorporate Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible forthe full life cycle recruiting which will include: creating andpublishing job ads, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidatesas well as seeking out new candidate sources in the IT, Finance,Accounting, Marketing, & Human Resources ;To be successfulin this role, you should have experience with full life cyclerecruitment and great communication Ultimately, you will maintainand improve the clients employer brand, ensuring that they are ableto attract, hire and retain employees who contribute to the companys

    • Workexperience as an In-houseRecruiter
    • Familiarity with fulllife-cycle recruitment
    • Hands-onexperience with recruitment software and Applicant TrackingSystems
    • Strong interviewing skillsand familiarity with various interview techniques (such asbehavioral, traditional, video or panelinterviews)
    • Experience with socialmedia recruiting
    • Understanding of HRpractices and laborlegislation
    • Exceptionalcommunication skills
    • BS in HumanResources Management or relevantdegree

    To qualify for thisposition you must have 3-5 years of recruiting

    This is a hybrid position with 3 daysin office and 2 days remote but will be considered for 100% remoteif necessary located World Trade Center in

    All onsite employees must be fullyvaccinated or submit to a weekly COVID ;
