    We are seeking a talented and experienced<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Project Coordinator<\/b> <\/span><\/span>to join dynamic team for real estate development company in Dubai <\/span><\/span><\/span>to support the successful delivery of branded residential and hospitality (hotel/resort) developments in the region. The role involves day -to -day coordination between internal departments, external consultants, hotel operators, and contractors to ensure that design, development, and construction activities align with project objectives, brand requirements, and regulatory standards.<\/span><\/span>

    <\/span><\/span><\/div> This is a cross -functional role ideal for a detail -oriented professional with experience in high -end real estate and luxury hospitality developments.<\/span><\/span>

    <\/span><\/span><\/div> Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>
    • Support the Project Director in coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle from concept to handover.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Assist in preparing project workflows, tracking milestones, and monitoring deliverables.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, submittal logs, progress reports, and correspondence.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Prepare, organize, and follow up on project presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Schedule, organize, and document internal and external meetings with consultants, contractors, and operators.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Support in drafting scope of works, RFPs, consultant contracts, and documentation reviews as required by the Project Director
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Support value engineering exercises and ensure changes are documented, communicated, and approved.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Coordinate with architectural, interior design, landscape, MEP, and structural consultants to ensure alignment with project vision and brand guidelines.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Facilitate timely holistic review and consolidation of consultant submissions (drawings, reports, specifications).<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Track and follow up on design deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
      <\/li>
    • Assist in reviewing design packages for compliance with hotel operator standards and branded residential guidelines.
      <\/li>
    • Liaise as required with the hotel operator/brand partner to facilitate approvals and align with brand -specific requirements.
      <\/li>
    • Coordinate submission and comment trackers for mock -up rooms, submission reviews etc
