Facilico Facilities Management is currently hiring
Rope Access Supervisor (L3) to be a part of the winning Soft FM Division


Job Purpose


To supervise, direct and coordinate wide variety of inspection, maintenance, and repair services using rope and related equipment to access and complete work tasks at considerable heights and to implement appropriate standards of safety and quality control of Rope access.


  • You will be fully responsible for implementing the health and safety measures required to eliminate or control hazards to operatives and third party at the worksite.
  • You will be responsible to ensure that the work and the workers proceed in accordance with IRATA International code of practice and CONTRACTOR operating procedure.
  • In the manner set out in the documentation for the work project and with the aim of no accidents, no waste and no defects.
  • Be polite and wellmannered with customers and other staff and work diligently and safely at all times
  • He must assess the combination of environmental conditions, worksite location, work task, and conflicting activities before commencing operations. Only the supervisor may make the final decision to proceed.
  • Ensure that all weekly time sheets are completed and handed to admin support within the correct time limit
  • Ensure all monthly stock counts are completed and documented then handed in to the admin support & to ensure all purchase requests to be monitored and deliveries checked and signed.
  • Show a strong commitment to OH&S and highquality standards
  • Ensure that all contract scope of work contracts is adhered too.
  • Be polite and wellmannered with customers and other staff and always work diligently and safely
  • Be communicative and professional.
  • Follows company policies and procedures at all times & to ensure that expected standards are always adhered to

Skills & Experience

  • Age: 2538
  • Nationality: Any
  • Education: 10th
  • Experience: 23 Years
  • Language: English/Hindi
  • Certifications: IRATA Level 3
  • Skills: Physically fit, Should not have fear for working in heights, Meet deadlines, Ability to adopt to change, Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
