    The DynamicsCRM Lead Functional Consultant is a core team member of our clients customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 centred solutions.The Functional Consultant will be involved in the businessprocesses and solution design and will be hands on configuring andcustomising the implementation of Dynamics CRMsolutions.

    Requirements

    • Minimum12+ years hands-on proven functional experience in CRMconfiguration, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views andstandard reports development is amust
    • AUniversity graduate with relevant degree within a computing orbusinessdiscipline
    • MicrosoftDynamics CRM Certifications (2016, D365) are highlydesirable
    • Strongfunctional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRMcovering a wide spectrum of industries andsectors
    • Atleast 5-6 end to end large scale implementations with D365 CE (orlower versions); Proven experience designing applications usingvarious modules of D365 CE like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service& FieldService
    • Strongexposure topresales
    • Conductinginterviews to hiretalent
    • Mentoringjuniors
    • Provenexperience designing applications which use Power Platform (PowerApps, Automate, Virtual Agents, PowerBI)
    • Strongunderstanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common DataModel including the customisations and development of Business DataModels for differentsolutions
    • Strongunderstanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industrytemplates andadd-ons
    • Abilityto drive conversations around Digital Transformation journey ofclients and laying roadmap to achieve successfuloutcomes

    • Aproven track record of successful maintenance or implementation ofa number of solutions within large client companies, preferablyacross a number of businessverticals
    • Aproven ability to develop a clear understanding of clients needsand the ability to incorporate them into asolution
    • Experienceof consultancy roles in softwaredelivery
    • Experiencein a delivery-orientated IT environment using waterfall, agile andDevopsmethodologies
    • Adeptat Business RequirementAnalysis
    • Theability to see the greater picture and suggest solutions bothwithin and outside the currentimplementation
    • Projectdocumentation experience especially for work packages to beimplemented by offshoreteams
    • Businessprocess mapping, modelling and documentationknowledge.
    Responsibilities
    • Organise,manage and document workshops, meetings and requirements sessionswith the client representatives, project stakeholders andteams
    • Workwith onsite engagement team & client team to gatherrequirements, determine expectations & finalisedeliverables
    • Interfaceeffectively with other members of the team and the SolutionArchitect to ensure that the CRM solution continues to meet clientsrequirements
    • Leadingthe solution on a work stream, making design decisions and creatingsolutiondocumentation
    • Demonstrateexcellent foundational consulting skills, including analyticalknowhow, written & verbal communication & teamparticipation
    • Deliverhigh quality business and software solutions and services toclients ensuring the implementation of best practices based onMicrosoft Dynamics standards and supportedconfiguration/customisations
    • Thecreation of high quality and sustainable client solutions andproject documentation including support for testingactivities
    • Deliverall consultancy and configuration work according to our projectmethodology, ensuring that all software applications areimplemented successfully: on time and onbudget
    • Contributeto activities as required including building demo and proof ofconcept solutions for various clientpresentations
    • Workon the creation of Dynamics 365 solutions and industrytemplates
    • Meetand exceed customer expectations of business knowledge, skills andbehaviour
    • Identifybusiness/project/support risks and mitigate or communicate asnecessary
    • Communicateprogress updates to relevant parties both formally andinformally
    • Supportpractice development activities such as defining and configuringindustry specificsolutions
    • Aportion of the role also requires supporting and doing peoplemanagement, people development & career progressionsupport, performance assessment andmanagement
    • Inall activities, ensure timely completion of internal processes andmandatorytraining
    • Workon own initiative and with minimal support ifneeded
    • Carryout additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructedand agreed by the managementteam
