Description
Hiring a Document Controller for Dubai.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize company documents, both physical and digital.
- Ensure that documents are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Maintain the document management system, ensuring that documents are properly labeled, filed, and stored.
- Assist in the creation of new documents and templates, as needed.
- Respond to document inquiries and requests from employees and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other staff and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality checks of the document management system.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control or a related field.
- Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
