Hiring a Document Controller for Dubai.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize company documents, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure that documents are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Maintain the document management system, ensuring that documents are properly labeled, filed, and stored.
  • Assist in the creation of new documents and templates, as needed.
  • Respond to document inquiries and requests from employees and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other staff and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Conduct regular quality checks of the document management system.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control or a related field.
  • Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
