Job Responsibilities:
Assists & organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.

  • Monitoring Daily Receivables & Outgoing via Day End Report
  • Accessing Daily Reports in CRM Based on Revenue Heads
  • Cash Credit Card, Bank & PAYPAL Reconciliations
  • Ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization
  • Monitor accounts payable, check activation and wire transactions
  • Administer all bank transactions
  • Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly
  • Collate bank statements on monthly basis.
  • Provide support to safe keeping of internal expenses in company.

Accountant Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and principles
  • Preferably with knowledge in XERO Software
  • Awareness of business trends
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the monthend/yearend close process
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Education:

Bachelor's (preferred)


Experience:

Accounts Assistant 2 years (preferred)


Language:

English (preferred)


Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
