    We are seeking a Category Growth Expert to support the development and execution of our e-commerce categories.



    Job Description:



    The Category Growth Expert will play a critical role in analyzing online sales data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring category profitability and competitiveness across digital platforms.



    Main Responsibilities:


    • Partnering & Supplier Management: Identify and onboard category partners and suppliers, negotiate commercial terms to secure competitive margins, coordinate replenishment orders, and manage operational workflows with vendors;

    • Market Research & Data Analytics: Track e-commerce market trends, competitor activity, customer behavior; conduct sales performance analysis to identify opportunities risks generate insights for assortment pricing promotional strategies;

    • Portfolio & Assortment Management: Curate a competitive online product assortment aligned with customer demand evaluate products based on performance pricing positioning partner merchandising teams optimize digital product presentation;

    • Financial & Commercial Planning: Support pricing balancing margin competitiveness assist promotional planning aligned commercial targets contribute demand forecasting inventory planning;
