- Applystandard IT Operations and Service Desk operatingprocedures
- Supportredaction/review of documentation for clients as well as forinternalprocedure
- Ensurelocal resolution of requests for support by prioritizing andassigning call to local ITOSD staff(SLAA)
- Providesupport to regional offices staff with remote assistance toolswhereapplicable
- Ensureconsistency and accuracy of the user object in the Active Directoryand Exchange services including creating and maintaining useraccounts, e-mails, local distribution lists, and security for localand regionalusers
- Provideand coordinate IT support to guests, to meetings and conferences,with an outlook for improvement based on new technologies,modalities, andrequirements
- Clone/Install/Configure/Maintain/Troubleshootclient hardware/software and follow procedures tomaintainend-point bestperformances
- Coordinatethe Europe Region hardware/software lifecycle, from inventoryreview to replacement execution andforecast
- Maintaininventory information, asset operativity, and customer satisfactionup to standards and in accordance with the Technology IntegrationService LevelAgreement
- Liaisewith relevant Europe Hub Logistics and Procurement offices tosupport the Hardware lifecyclemanagement
- SuperviseTechnicians working within theITOperations and Service Desk Unit inEurope
- Playan active role during global ITOSD meetings by providing feedback,identifying solutions towards ITOSD services continuous improvement
- SupportITOSD and/or Technology Integration workinggroups
- Coordinatethe induction process for newly hired staff acting as a point ofreference for incidents and servicerequests
- Providethe necessary end-user training in software and systems, to ensurean effective workenvironment
- Informthe ITOSD Manager and/or the Technology Integration Leadership ofissues affecting delivery ofservice
- Providesuggestions for the revision of policies or for improvements to theUnit sservices
- Liaisewith external technical support and suppliers whereapplicable
- Manageor contribute to specific innovation projects as per globalTechnology IntegrationStrategy
- Performany other related tasks as required andassigned
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or relatedfields
- Soundknowledge of computer information systems including operatingsystems, hardware, applications software packages and other officetechnologyequipment
- Strongclient orientation and serviceapproach
- Well-developedskills in personal organization, priority setting and problemsolving
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, including the ability towork effectively with other national and culturalbackgrounds
- Flexibilityand adaptability to work under tightdeadlines
- Excellentcommand of the English language, both written andspoken
- Previousrelevant workexperience,preferably in an internationalorganization
