    Description
    • Contribute to the engagement teamin delivering high-quality work products for our clients in atimely manner.
    • Work effectively as a teammember, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintainingcommunication, and updating senior team members onprogress.
    • Lead delivery of specific workstreamsor deliverables.
    • Support in stakeholderengagement and presentations to clients.
    • Buildlasting working relationships with our colleagues andclients.
    • Work within both traditional and agileproject environments with a high degree of ambiguity and a trackrecord of high-quality delivery.
    • Build stronginternal relationships across the WSPbusiness.
    • Work together with our technicaladvisors, engineers, planners, and commercial consultants to bringintegrated offerings to our clients.
    • Leveragedata and technology to provide innovative solutions toclients' challenges.
    • Contribute topositioning our Business Transformation services across the middleeast through thought leadership development, and social mediapresence.

    We'dlove to hear from you if you have:

    • A minimum of 12 years of experiencein a similar role.
    • Experience in the builtenvironment, with specific experience in key capabilities(Strategy, Operating Model Design, Business Process Management,People Advisory) in Management Consulting and Advisory environmentsor a relevant position with transferableskill
    • Experience in one or several of our keysectors
    • Experience in the followingareas:
      • Target Operating Modeldevelopment
      • Current state assessment,benchmarking, gap assessment against bestpractice
      • Strategy development (at thedepartmental or organizational level), operational planning,performance management
      • Mapping customerjourney, services, organizational or departmental scope, andprocess framework
      • Organizational design,organizational sizing
      • Development ofdepartmental roles and responsibilities, jobdescriptions
      • Development of competencyframeworks, and conducting competencyassessments
      • Development of governanceframeworks, including committee structure and terms of reference, adelegation of authority, three lines ofdefense
      • Development of detailed processes inVisio or ARIS or other BPM tools, standard operating procedures,and work instructions improving organizationalefficiency
