    Description
    Responsibilities:Sourcing andVendor Management:
    • Identify andevaluate potential suppliers/vendors based on quality cost deliveryand reliability criteria.
    • Negotiate pricingterms and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreementsand optimize procurement costs.
    • Maintainrelationships with existing suppliers and assess their performanceregularly to ensure compliance with service levelagreements.
    Purchase OrderProcessing:
    • Generate purchase ordersin SAP system based on requisitions ensuring accuracy andcompleteness of order details.
    • Coordinate withinternal stakeholders such as department heads and project managersto understand procurement needs andtimelines.
    • Monitor purchase orders through theprocurement lifecycle from creation to receipt of goods/servicesresolving any issues or discrepancies as theyarise.
    Inventory Control andManagement:
    • Maintain accurateinventory records in SAP including stock levels movement andreplenishment schedules.
    • Implement inventoryoptimization strategies to minimize excess inventory and stockoutswhile maximizing inventory turnover.
    • Conductperiodic inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory withsystem records and address anydiscrepancies.
    SAP SystemAdministration:
    • Serve as the primarypoint of contact for SAP procurement modules providing user supporttraining and troubleshooting assistance asneeded.
    • Collaborate with IT and SAP supportteams to implement system enhancements updates and configurationsto meet evolving business requirements.
    • Ensurecompliance with SAP best practices security protocols and dataintegrity standards within the procurementfunction.
    Process Improvement andOptimization:
    • Analyze procurementprocesses and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiencygains and cost savings.
    • Implement continuousimprovement initiatives such as standardization of procurementprocedures and automation of manual tasks to streamlineoperations.
    • Track key performance indicators(KPIs) related to procurement performance such as procurement cycletime cost savings and supplier performancemetrics.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration orrelated field.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience inprocurement or purchasing roles with a focus on SAP procurementmodules (e.g. SAP MM SAP SRM).
    • Proficiency inSAP software particularly in procurementrelated modules with theability to navigate and utilize system functionalitieseffectively.
    • Strong negotiation skills andvendor management capabilities with a track record of achievingcost savings and favorable contractterms.
    • Excellent analytical skills andattention to detail with the ability to interpret data and generateinsights to drive decisionmaking.
    • Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate crossfunctionally and interact with stakeholders at alllevels of theorganization.
