- Promote existing Manzil Health services and programs across target customer segments with a focus on growing patient volumes and revenue.
- Help develop programs and initiatives in targeted communities that align with Manzils customercentric focus and actively participate in the implementation of such programs and services.
- Develop and implement strategies designed to increase awareness of Manzils programs and services.
- Handle incoming patient service inquiries focused on appointment scheduling and coordination with clinical team to complete patient acquisition.
- Serve as a key representative as directed for Manzil Health in community healthrelated meetings. Maintain and develop relationships with key external healthcarerelated contacts in the community at large.
- Develop and maintain a database of customer and referral provider contacts including government and private healthcare providers key hospital contacts associations local healthcare advocates among others.
- Help gather market and competitor intelligence.
- Develop written proposals as requested including scope of work purpose targeted audience itemized expense and expected revenue as appropriate for sponsorship of the approved event.
- Assist the Marketing & Business Development team in participating in community activities such as mall activities community health fairs healthcare conferences pledge walks and rides among others.
- Establish loyal and meaningful relationships with external and internal customers.
- Adapt to the team and build team spirit. Recognize and reward the contribution of others develop and openly communicate selfinsight listen consult others and communicate proactively.
- Take responsibility for actions projects and people. Take initiative act with confidence and work under own direction initiate and generate activity.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in health care business development sales or marketing.
- Strong communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Knowledge of health care industry trends market analysis and competitor intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
