    Job description

    • Responsible for sales of industrial lubricants & automotive lubricants in cement plant & mines.
    • Extensive traveling & regular customer visits to generate leads for new application and manage existing business in the assigned territory.
    • Good in customer relationship, constant follow up and lead conversion.
    • Prepare product presentations & technical training to the customers.
    • Manage company database and update customer relationship management systems (CRM).
    • Coordinate with back-office team for various aspects of sales, dispatch, and forecasts.
    • Payment follow-up, prompt after sales service with technical team, handle customer grievances and able to plan sales visits effectively.
    • Provides up-to-date market information such as competition information (products, prices, services, new technology, etc.), new business opportunities, threats to existing company s business, etc.



    Requirements

    • Presentable & confident personality. Formal appearance with excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Sales, professional communication, and problem-solving skill.
    • Prefer experience and knowledge of Industrial Lubricants and Industrial parts & machinery supply.
    • Basic computer skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet surfing. Knowledge of CRM is preferable.
    • Strong desire to learn along with sense of responsibility.
    • Able to take appreciation or criticism in more constructive way.
    • Proven record in start-up environment working with innovations. Exposure to a high-paced working environment.
