    WhatYou'll Do

    • Ability to build a solidunderstanding of our business and work cross-functionally withinternal stakeholders to create value with targetedanalyses
    • Be the custodian of the key businessmetrics and analyses that powers businessdecisions
    • Ability to work in fast-pacedenvironments and adapt as necessary
    • Structurethe analyses needed to answer key business questions, work withanalysts to perform analyses and deriveinsights
    • Translate data into insights in clear,concise and actionable presentations/reports to guide businessdecision and present to grocery leadershipteam
    • Drive business growth through actionableinsights
    • Optimize & automate dashboardsand reports to serve day-to-day data and analyticsrequests
    • Create new data platforms where neededto unlock new types of insights

    What You'llNeed

    Anenthusiastic and driven professional who is excited aboutunderstanding the business context and nuances, translatingbusiness asks to analytics requests, lead the analysis and derivebusiness insights.

    • 5-7years of work experience in analytics roles in a high-growth techstartup or similar data-heavy, productenvironments
    • Proficient in SQL and Tableau orequivalent visualization tool (with 2-3 yr professionalexperience)
    • Hands on experience withPython
    • Strong presentation skills and anability to communicate complex findings to various audiences in aclear manner both written and verbally
    • Anexcellent communicator with any audience with stellar stakeholdermanagement – You can easily explain complex concepts topeople of any level
    • Grittiness. You neverhesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on,you persevere when others fall away
    • Q commerce/retail experience is preferred.
    • Basicstatistical knowledge, A/B testing etc.
