We are looking for a
Sales Consultant (Property/Real Estate/Sales in Citizenship & European Residences), to work for our client based in Dubai.


Responsibilities:


  • Estimating the cost of repairs needed to sell a property or helping buyers negotiate price reductions when necessary
  • Preparing lists of available properties that meet specific criteria, such as location, number of bedrooms, price range, and amenities
  • Providing home staging services to help sellers prepare their home for sale in order to get the best price possible
  • Providing information about local real estate laws and regulations to prospective buyers and sellers
  • Performing comparative market analysis to determine the value of properties
  • Providing clients with information about available financing options and mortgage rates
  • Marketing properties to potential buyers through online listings, open houses, and other forms of advertising
  • Helping clients choose between buying a new property or refinancing an existing one
  • Preparing paperwork for clients who are buying or selling property, such as contracts and disclosures
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of services, procedures, industry, and industry trends
  • Adequately identify the needs of each client
  • Provide consultative approach and can present solutions to potential clients
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships
  • Supply management with reporting on the statuses of leads, current clients, feedback, problems, and interests
  • Achieve KPIs and sales targets as set by the management
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties as requested by the management

Job Specifications:


  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Familiar with the Caribbean's Programs
  • Ability to maintain a professional image and demeanour at all times
  • Ability to build and nurture productive client relationships
  • Intrinsically motivated and targetoriented person
  • Able to deliver consultative sales approach
  • Time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to clients' needs
  • Ability to effectively utilize CRM software during the sales process
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Qualifications:


  • Must have University or College Degree
  • Must be Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in sales
  • Sales experience in Citizenship and European Residencies

Salary:
AED5,000 to 6,000 + commission for Sale
