The teamprovides and supports the systems that glue the business together.That means maintaining all IT from the most basic desktop supportto the most complex flight information systems. Whatyoull deliver

Youll developproducts systems and services in the digital commercial brands andcommunications and Strategy functions while maintaining theperformance level of existing systems andservices.
Youll focus onall IT matters for the commercial and strategy businessunits.
Youll ensure thattechnology strategy is aligned to business strategy includingliaising with internal technology support teams and externalsuppliers on supportincidents/changes.
Youllbe responsible for providing project oversight on behalf of theBusiness area for all software delivery in line with organizationgoals.
Youll also providesupport and service level management of all IT services deliveredto the businessarea.

What you bring

You should beeducated to a bachelors degree level in or a field relevanttoBusiness Administration or Computer Science or Electronics orInformationTechnology.
Youll haveknowledge in managing operationally critical systems inAviation.
Youll havesignificant experience in delivering digital transformation toorganizations increasing their brand value andreputation.
Youll havedemonstrable knowledge of the software development lifecycle andagile methodologies.
Youllhave expert knowledge in internet of things (beacons sensors WiFi)indoor wayfinding location & social analytics and WiFicustomerengagement.
