    Overview


    Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager Salesto lead our sales efforts in data products retail lending platformsand credit & risk scoring solutions. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in sales within the Startup Consumerinternet IT Companies Software companies with a deep understandingof datadrivenproducts.


    KeyResponsibilities

    • StrategicSales Leadership: Develop and executesales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve salestargets. Focus on selling complex digital data & technologysolutions including data products retail lending platforms andcredit scoringproducts.
    • ClientRelationship Management: Build andmaintain strong longlasting customer relationships with Consumerfacing companies marketplaces non banking and banking / financialinstitutions fintech companies and other potential clients.Understand client needs and propose solutions that meet theirbusinessobjectives.
    • SolutionDesign : Should have core skills ofbuilding technical solutions around data. Should have a startupmindset and willingness to go beyond the setKRA.
    • MarketAnalysis and Business Development: Conductmarket research to identify emerging trends market needs andpotential business opportunities. Collaborate with productdevelopment & pre sales / implementation teams to alignofferings with marketdemand.
    • SalesPipeline Management: Oversee the salespipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and effective management ofsales opportunities from lead generation toclosure.
    • Collaborationwith Other Departments: Work closely withmarketing product development pre sales implementation team andcustomer service teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and customerexperience.
    • PerformanceMetrics: Monitor and analyze salesperformance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implementeffective solutions.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Management DataScienceMarketing Finance or a related field. An MBA or equivalentispreferred.
    • Mustbe from tech startups in the last 3jobs
    • Minof 3 experience of hands on work inAnalytics
    • Basicknowledge of Data Science Statistics and Machinelearning
    • 710years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadershiprole preferably in the Data Sales with focus in fintech orfinancial servicesindustry.
    • Proventrack record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in atechnologydriven businessenvironment.
    • Strongunderstanding of enterprise products saas digital transformationsdata products retail lending solutions and credit scoringmethodologies.
    • Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentationskills.
    • Abilityto lead and motivate a highperformance salesteam.
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
    • Willingnessto travel asrequired.


    Basic knowledge of Data Science, Statistics and Machine learning7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in aleadership role, preferably in the Data Sales with focus infintech, or financial services industry. Proven track record ofachieving sales targets and driving growth in a technology-drivenbusiness environment.
