Be Prepared

-When your prepared and know what’s in store for you, no matter what you will never fall behind. When you know the storm is coming you’re much prepared than not knowing the same.

Body Language

At every single interaction in our life, we tend to convey a message to the other person and so, it’s very important to be aware of our body Language, because even if you unknowing convey something, you’re the one to blame.

Engage

Engagement is the key to learning and discovering a lot of things in life. If you say you want to do something, but sit at your desk and do nothing about, then you’re the one at loss. Interacting with people around you and gaining more information is the key to engagement.

Have a clear direction

Do you know your areas of improvement?  Have you figured out which action of your’s will have the biggest impact? Do you know what’s in store for you if you set a clear goal for yourself? Knowing where we want to go in our lives is the road to achieving our goals so set a clear direction for you.

Set Expectation

Have you ever told yourself this is what you need to do by any given date or time? Well, if you have kudos, because I believe if you do that, then you won’t need a coach to direct you any longer, as you would be setting the sail in the right direction.

Track progresses

Well, if you’re doing all the above, there’s just one thing you need to watch out now and then, see if you’re in the direction you want to be in by tracking your progresses and achievement’s. Even if all is well, there’s no harm in doing a check on your improvement’s every two weeks or so. In that way you know if you've gone off track from the direction you set and can always steer back in, as it won’t be too late.

I believe that this will give you a clear direction on what coaching can do and the impact it can have in our lives.
