We are currently in search of a committed and exceptionally skilled Real Estate Agent to act as a bridge between property sellers and buyers.

This position entails marketing property listings and providing valuable guidance to both parties, making it an enticing prospect for individuals aspiring to excel in the real estate industry.


Postion Overview:


The Real Estate Agent is responsible for marketing property listings and offering guidance to both buyers and sellers, presenting an exciting opportunity for those seeking advancement in the real estate sector.


Responsibilities:


  • Guide and support sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under favorable terms.
  • Assess clients' needs and financial capabilities to suggest tailored solutions.
  • Facilitate negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and transparent transactions.
  • Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values.
  • Showcase and advertise properties to potential buyers.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
  • Oversee property auctions or exchanges.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  • Expand networks and collaborate with legal professionals, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
  • Drive sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Stay informed about real estate markets and industry best practices.

Requirements and Skills:


  • Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
  • Proven track record of successful sales.
  • Ability to work independently with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Approachable and reliable.
  • Multilingual proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional language proficiency is advantageous.

Experience:


  • Sales: 5 years (preferred)
Real Estate: 2 years (preferred)


Language:


  • English (preferred)
