Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the travel and hospitality sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, and other key players in the Dubai market.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including hotels and travel agencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities for collaboration.

Market Analysis and Strategy:


  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategies to senior management.
  • Identify and recommend new products or services to meet market demands.

Networking and Representation:


  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish new connections.
  • Leverage existing connections within the Dubai hotel sector to foster new business relationships.

Team Collaboration:


  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Extensive network and connections within the Dubai hotel sector.

Skills:


  • Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month
