Are you an experienced travel agent with a passion for Dubai tourism and a knack for providing exceptional customer service? Do you speak both Russian and English fluently? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Travel Agent specializing in Dubai tourism

Responsibilities:

Plan and arrange travel itineraries for clients, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience.
Utilize your indepth knowledge of destination, hotels, activities, and dining options to curate personalized travel packages tailored to individual preferences.
Assist clients with hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, ticket bookings for attractions, and other travelrelated services.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients regarding mustsee destinations, hidden gems, and unique experiences.
Handle inquiries from clients regarding travel logistics, visa requirements, and any other travelrelated queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with hotels, tour operators, and other partners to negotiate competitive rates and ensure highquality services for clients.
Stay updated on the latest trends, events, and developments in Dubai's tourism industry to provide uptodate information and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a travel agent.
Indepth knowledge of hotels, activities, and dining options.
Fluent in both Russian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Must speak Russian
Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide personalized recommendations and solutions to clients.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and software.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
