Responsibilities:
Sales Excellence:
- Drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities.
- Utilize market knowledge and industry trends to identify potential leads and convert them into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the tourism industry.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
Operations Management:
- Assist in streamlining operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Oversee logistics and coordination related to sales and promotional events.
- Identify areas for improvement within operations and implement solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct indepth analysis of sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Use insights from analysis to inform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 45 years of experience in sales within the tourism industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience in developing marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving results and exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
Salary:
AED6, AED7,000.00 per month
