Responsibilities:


Sales Excellence:


  • Drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities.
  • Utilize market knowledge and industry trends to identify potential leads and convert them into loyal customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.

Marketing Strategy Development:


  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the tourism industry.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
  • Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.

Operations Management:


  • Assist in streamlining operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Oversee logistics and coordination related to sales and promotional events.
  • Identify areas for improvement within operations and implement solutions to enhance productivity and performance.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
  • Conduct indepth analysis of sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Use insights from analysis to inform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 45 years of experience in sales within the tourism industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience in developing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving results and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.

Salary:
AED6, AED7,000.00 per month
