    Description

    Join our team as the Sales and Business Development Leader for dedicated Regions!

    • Lead the Sales and Business Development team for your assigned Regions.
    • Grow, expand, and maintain revenues and customer base in the designated territories.
    • Develop, approve, and implement sales and marketing plans and strategies for the territories, aligning them with PIPECARE Group objectives.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships with key international oil and gas clients and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Direct operational procedures to ensure project completion and manage manpower and equipment requirements for service projects and emergencies.
    • Engage with customers professionally to provide project updates and address any issues effectively.
    • Represent PIPECARE Group in regional and national networking organizations to drive growth for assigned product lines.
    • Collaborate with Project Management, D&A, R&D, and TM/Production teams to meet customer needs for all projects.
    • Have a thorough understanding of competitive pricing, market rates, and market dynamics to secure successful deals.
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Work with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure marketing materials are current and easily accessible.
    • Lead, develop, and motivate your team to achieve KPIs and support their growth.
    • Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Group CEO and Executive Team.
