A FMCG/Manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an experienced

Sales Coordinator:

  • To coordinate with sales team & production units on sales order
  • Coordinate with Production units to ensure orders information are communicated with respective departments
  • Update finished goods stock on a daily basis and highlight pending orders
  • Enter all relevant Sales data and transactions in the software system.
  • Prepare shipping documents on a daily basis and coordinate with Warehouse and ensure that all finished product are shipped to the desired customer location.
  • Providing detailed sales reports to management as required; enabling monitoring of each salesman's results, and tracking the achievement of objectives and target.
  • Attend all sales meetings and prepare minutes for future review and note follow up action points.
  • Create required sales orders and follow up on required approvals
  • Arranging required documentation for sales orders' shipping
  • To provide detailed sales reports to management including sales weekly, monthly & quarterly reports

  • Knowledge in SAP system transaction & modules

Experience:


  • 3 years of experience in similar field (Preferably FMCG/commodity)

Salary:
AED6, AED7,500.00 per month
