Position Overview:

The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing long-term customer relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the timely delivery of solutions.

This role is pivotal in driving the company's revenue and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts.

Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.

Resolve any issues that arise to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Achieve sales quotas and targets.

Stay current with industry trends and provide insights to the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years experience in account management or sales.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary:
From AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
