Description
1.

Conduct Fitness Induction Training for all new joined staff including Fitness Department Staff (Fitness Managers, Trainers and Personal Trainers) and all processes related to Fitness Operations, Policies and Procedures an Customer Service within Fitness Department.


  • Must work on Renewals for Revenue Generation.
  • Responsible to meet the set-revenue target for the department and for the individual revenue target.
  • Participates in as many scheduled meetings at the assigned gyms as scheduled by respective Fitness Managers.
  • Trains the Fitness Manager on how to maintain accurate records of their department staff (CPR and all Certifications as well as college-level Degrees).
  • Perform monthly Audit for Fitness Managers from Fitness Training perspective, documentation and filing fitness staff certifications.
  • Designs and implements additional service seminars and other educational sessions for staff and members.
  • Design internal courses that are linked to REPs UAE and accredited according to UAE law and regulations.
  • Responsible for the method in which personal assessments are performed and then how Personal Training is determined.
  • Conducts training meetings and educational seminars for Fitness managers and their staff directly and via Personal Trainers.

Salary:
AED5, AED7,500.00 per month
