Docully Innovations Limited (DocullyVDR)_is a startup based in DIFC.

We are premium service provider for secured Virtual Data Room for various Investment Banks, Private Equity Companies, Law Firms, Corporations & IB professionals to effectively & securely manage their sensitive deal information while it is being shared with potential buyers, investors & deal teams.

The ideal cases are of potential merger & acquisition, fund / capital raising, stake sale, insolvency, bankruptcy & restructuring deals.

Sales Associate - (Female)_

This is the first hire we are making in Dubai and is purely a sales performance linked role. It will include a probation period of up to 06 months or more depending on the performance.

Basic Responsibilities:_

  • To professionally introduce & present DocullyVDR to leading Investment Banks, Law Firms & Corporations in the region.
  • Build new network of contacts in the region & constantly remain in touch with them for potential opportunities of selling DocullyVDR services.
  • Work along with referrals to constantly increase the contacts & opportunities base in the region.
  • Making Product Presentations/Demos, sending proposals, submitting RFPs, negotiations & contracts closure will be the regular task.
  • Maintain a strong & growing sales pipeline, updating CRM, sales forecast & other tools to show & demonstrate the sales growth.
  • Weekly & quarterly sales reviews to clearly indicate market growth & business growth in the territory.
  • Plan & execute various means of engaging with our potential audience
  • To work in realtime on the new leads generated by the Company from various channels.
  • To outperform on the monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales targets & KRAs as defined & informed on time to time basis.
  • This role requires frequent local/regional/international travel for work.
  • Make Daily introduction & relationship building Calls & Meetings with potential business accounts.
  • Religiously following on open tasks, opportunities, negotiations etc.
  • Work closely with the CS team for account activation, billing team for any client queries on their invoices & support teams if the client faces any challenges.

Ideal Profile:_

  • Smart, presentable & experienced Sales Professional with a proven track of successful revenue generation & consistent growth.


  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Verbal & Written
  • English.
  • Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage.
  • 35 years of sales experience in selling to our focused audience will be a preferred profile.
  • Good presentation skills with an experience of giving demos via Google Meet / Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills
  • Good relationship building & management skills
  • Ability to work solo or as a team, self motivated & a sales enthusiast.
  • Ready to join immediately.
  • Prior experience of working on a similar role is required.
  • Existing onground experience of working in Dubai will be preferred.
  • Existing network of contacts in our target companies will be an added advantage.

This is a Sales Performance Linked role. Your performance will be measured on your daily tasks including
- setting up & having meetings

  • Generating & growing Sales Pipeline
  • Sales Closures
  • Revenue Booking

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
