    Description

    Minimumqualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in SupplyChain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, related field, orequivalent practical experience.
    • 10 years ofexperience in sourcing, negotiations, or commoditymanagement.
    • Experience in Printed Circuit Board(PCB) sourcing and supplier management.

    Preferredqualifications:

    • MBA or Master's degree inEngineering or a related field.
    • Experience inthe PCB industry.
    • Understanding of PCBmanufacturing processes.
    • Excellentinvestigative skills (i.e., industry analysis, cost modeling,quotation analysis, roadmap development, supplierselection).

    The US base salary range for thisfull-time position is $153,000-$230,000 + bonus + equity +benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, andlocation. The range displayed on each job posting reflects theminimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all USlocations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by worklocation and additional factors, including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter canshare more about the specific salary range for your preferredlocation during the hiring process.

    Responsibilities

    • Co-develop long term commoditystrategies for Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and execute them whileimplementing Supply Chain improvements.
    • Co-leadcross-functional teams, while growing and maintaining a high levelof industry expertise and supplier/marketconditions.
    • Develop and manage purchaseagreements and contracts with suppliers. Conduct negotiations andsecure comprehensive agreements with supplierexecutives.
    • Manage supplier relationships andperformance in technology alignment, cost, quality, delivery andresiliency. Support cross-functional teams through robust supplierselection for new deployments.
    • Interface withengineering for early engagement, technology development, and bestTCO for Google compute, storage and MLfleet.
