    Description

    Overview of therole:

    Reporting to the RegionalVisual Merchandiser, your role will be to implement and maintainthe M&S brand image within the store, ensuring visualconsistency. You will provide the customer with the mostinspirational shopping experience possible. You will also beresponsible for maintaining effective communication with storecolleagues and the RVM / ManagerVM.

    What you willdo:-

    Description ofAccountability:

    • Accuratelyimplement all company Visual Merchandising policies. Implement easyto shop store grids. Implement well styled mannequins in line withthe styling policy. Use appropriate styling techniques and thecorrect visual elements in the relevant areas to aid customersegmentation.
    • Implement seasonal launches andevents on time and "on brand". Be aware of bothstore and company best sellers. Have an awareness of competitoractivities and trends within Visual Merchandising. Work effectivelyand communicate regularly with store colleagues and VM Manager toensure brand consistency.
    • Implement windowdisplay guidelines on time and "on brand".Ensure corporate initiatives are implemented effectively. VMchecklist to be maintained and adhered to. Execution of marketinginitiatives in the stores. Liaise with the Store Managers everydayfor updates on VM processes / requirements / people.

    What equips you forthe role:

    • BachelorDegree
    • Minimum 4+ years' experiencein visual merchandising
    • Marketing or otherrelated area of study from an accreditedinstitution.
    • visual merchandising, retailing orany other related field of study with
    • 4– 5 years' core experience in visualmerchandising.
