We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Pastry Chef with expertise in international cuisine to lead pastry operations across multiple brands within our company.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will oversee pastry menu development, innovation, and quality control across our diverse portfolio of brands, bringing your passion for international flavors and pastry creativity to each unique concept.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and standardize pastry menus for each brand, incorporating authentic international flavors and pastry techniques that align with their respective identities and target markets.
  • Lead pastry recipe development and innovation efforts, infusing each brand's menu with exciting and globallyinspired desserts and pastries that captivate diners and drive business growth.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to pastry teams at each brand, fostering a culture of pastry excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Oversee pastry sourcing, procurement, and quality control processes, ensuring the highest standards of authenticity, freshness, and sustainability across all brands.
  • Manage pastry costs, budgeting, and inventory management for each brand, optimizing profitability while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with brand managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute pastry initiatives, promotional campaigns, and special events that showcase the unique pastry identities of each brand.
  • Stay abreast of global pastry trends, emerging ingredients, and cultural influences to continuously elevate the pastry offerings of our brands and differentiate them in the marketplace.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Corporate Pastry Chef or similar leadership role in a multibrand food service environment, with expertise in international pastry.
  • Pastry degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
  • Extensive knowledge and proficiency in a diverse range of international pastry techniques and flavors, with the ability to tailor pastry menus to the unique characteristics of each brand.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower pastry teams across multiple brands to achieve excellence.
  • Exceptional pastry skills and creativity, with a passion for exploring new flavors, techniques, and pastry traditions.
  • Solid understanding of pastry costing, budgeting, and inventory management in a multibrand environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
