Roles and responsibilities
1.


Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends. This involves analyzing market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Lead Generation:
Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing digital marketing techniques.

3.


Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and establish rapport. Pitch the company's products or services effectively and negotiate contracts or agreements.

4.


Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

5.


Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute a business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

6.


Proposal Development:
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients. Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.

7.


Market Expansion:
Explore new markets and geographies for business expansion. Develop market entry strategies and execute them effectively.

8.


Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.

9.


Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Use this knowledge to articulate the value proposition to clients.

10.


Networking:
Build and expand a professional network within the industry. Attend conferences, seminars, and trade shows to stay updated and establish connections.

11.


Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and product/service enhancements.

12.


Risk Assessment:
Assess potential risks and challenges associated with new business ventures and develop mitigation strategies.

13.


Reporting:
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.

14.


Budget Management:
Manage the budget allocated for business development activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.

15.


Compliance:
Ensure that all business development activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

16.


Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies relevant to business development.

Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month


Experience:

Senior Managment: 3 years (preferred)
Business Developments Manager: 4 years (preferred)
