Description
The HR Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing human resources (HR) programs and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals.
They play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, as well as ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals
- Manage the HR department and its team of employees
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs
- Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary action and terminations
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in human resources management
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Strong experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
- Experience in employee training and development
- Experience in performance management
- Experience in benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Languages:
- English Excellent
- Arabic (preferable)
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
