Review material requisitions and technical specifications from engineering teams

Float RFQs (Request for Quotations) to approved vendors and subcontractors

Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations

Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers

Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with project requirements

Coordinate with engineering, planning, and logistics for timely material delivery

Monitor supplier performance and expedite critical deliveries

Ensure procurement activities align with project budget and schedule

Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company and client procedures

Support in vendor prequalification and maintain updated supplier database
