Fujairah Hospital Fujairah, UAE

Intern Doctor September 2021 – Present

Perform ward rounds both in a team setting and independently, discussed management plans, and implemented them accordingly.

Inspected and updated up to 30 inpatients charts independently using Cerner system, ensuring swift patient turnover on busy wards.

Diagnosing, managing, and following up common medical and surgical diseases in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.

Prescribed appropriate medications and lifestyle modifications whilst responding to any queries the patients’ may have.

Developed skills in fluid and tissue sample collection and sending these to laboratories for further testing.

Bedside teaching of both theoretical and practical concepts to senior medical students such as physical examination, suturing, IV insertion, interpreting imaging etc.

Eligible for the MOH/DHA Licence on completion of internship (Aug 2022).
