• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling Air/Sea import Export for DG/NON-DG cargo
• Booking slots with feeders for imports and exports.
• Handling local and overseas exports imports and transshipments
• Handling cross-countryland movement with constant follow-up with vendors and clients
• Monitoring the operation team and guiding them to complete the job within the time frame
  • Responsibilities as an export supervisor/coordinator include making export bookings with all export shipping lines and carriers for FCL.
  • Invoicing/closing the job and payment follow-up with customers.
  • Making several reports.e. Inventory report/status report location & agent wise/export lifting
  • Billing detention/demurrage container purchasing selling debit/credit notes
  • report / damage report / long idling report/ detention collection report.
• Daily interactions with international customers/agents through verbal or written communication to provide information on FCL bookings.
• Handle all export operational matters. Heavy customer service representative along with working with other NVOCC’sand other freight forwarding companies.
• In charge of all customer queries/issues and handle them very effectively.
• Prepare ocean documents; MBL, HBL, shippers export declaration, certificate of origins, track freight.
• Provide all import and export rate requests for international customers and agents.
• Prepared and monitored incoming/outgoing correspondence for major accounts.
• Provided administrative and operational support.
